Survey Agreement

There is no catch to this offer. We do not ask for any email, phone, or fax numbers. We use your mailing address strictly for mailing your survey data and a check to you. If you complete ALL questions without cheating then we pay you $15 dollars. We limit paying for one survey per USA household* and have ways to monitor this. The way we catch cheating is by seeding questions through out survey that must match if you are answering questions thoughtfully. We reserve the right to re-verify any survey information by mail if we suspect random answers. This survey is strictly voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with completing this survey. You may stop at any time and forego payment. Market data is strictly confidential and used only for aggregate data analysis and not individual data analysis. All data is coded and stored independently of your name.

*We only pay for surveys completed by USA adult heads of households.
